Filter for aspiration of a Marot Cleaning machine

The challenge

The customer wanted a compact filter for a cleaner. Further requirements were that it should comply with the latest ATEX and TA guidelines, and the pressure relief should also take place in the room, as the installation is centralized in the factory.

The solution

As a solution, a type 04 filter system with a cone was installed.

The cleaner is suctioned off through a pipe system with a non-return valve. The extracted dust reaches the filter system via the tangential inlet, further into the cone built underneath and from there is discharged via a large rotary valve (pressure surge resistant). The filter system is according to ATEX and is therefore pressure surge resistant, in the event of a deflagration or similar, the overpressure is conducted into the room via a pressure relief valve - without flame

We have created a compact, trouble-free system for the customer, without much work or maintenance.

The filter complies with the latest ATEX directives. Furthermore, thanks to improved technology / filter material, it is already prepared for the upcoming new TA-Luft directive.
