The challenge
The solution should minimise the environmental impact on the immediate surroundings around the production facility and complying with new and stricter health and safety regulations. At the same time, the solution should also minimise shut-down time of filter and piping, caused by heavy abrasive wear from dust-filled air. Finally, the solution should be adaptable to future plant expansions/modifications.
The value
We customised the filter with wear-zones made of high-strength steel.
The wear-zones can be changed as the abrasive wear demands. Further more we sized and adapted filter and piping to future possible expansions.
Our final delivery was a complete aspiration plant including piping, ventilator, silencer, material-handling equipment and control system.
