Receiving filter in pneumatic transport in Denmark

In this project, we collaborated with a customer in the chemical industry to set up a filter designed to receive mineral powder using pneumatic transport.
Due to limited space in the factory building and a high product load, the customer needed a solution that could handle high volume while allowing for easy access.
We selected a filter in construction form 17, with a 4T2 top with a hinged cover. The filter is equipped with wide body to keep the can velocity (upstream velocity inside filter) at an acceptable level.
The filter allows for unlimited product loads to pass through the filter so that it does not impact production time. Being able to remove the top of the filter means that the customer can change filter bags easily.
